Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Shipping Policy

Currently Lotuvio provides only standard shipping. With standard shipping it generally takes between 2-3 weeks to dispatch & 7-11 days to deliver from our China production partner warehouse because products from our China warehouse/USA warehouse are made to order and orders that dispatch from India with standard shipping, it generally takes 1-2 days to dispatch and 5-9 days to deliver. International holidays, Festivals, COVID-19 Restrictions, Customs delays or any other unforseen circumstances might sometimes affects this timeline. Soon we are going to add express shipping for that stay tuned.


Returns and Refund Policy

At Lotusvio, we have transparent returns and refunds policy. Returns are approved on a case to case basis. If you are not satisfied by our product quality, colour issue and wrong product delivered then we request you to please feel free to inbox us. Our customer support team works diligently to assist the buyer regarding the returns process. We do not deduct any shipping fee and taxes but processing fee charged by Paypal is non refundable, the refund is issued is full/partial on case to case basis. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The refund is issued after we receive the product and quality check. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In India we use Delhivery courier shipping and for international orders we use Aramex standard delivery and shipping from our production partners location China/Forney, Texas, United States Of America we use FedEX,UPS and USPS shipping service.

About packaging

Our all orders that dispatches from India will come in custom made necklace box with surprised gift inside from us then wrapped and packed in hard corrugated box and orders that dispatches from China/USA will come in nice luxury jewelry box/jewelry bag

About gift wrapping🎁 and return address

We are providing gift wrapping only on orders that dispatches from India.

Note :- Returns are not acceptable at our Forney, Texas, USA Production House. Customer have to send the courier to our Base Branch Production House Guangxi China.
Customer is responsible for all return custom charges.

Our all IGI/GIA LGDR Certified Diamond and Tennis Diamond Necklace are designed, Checked, well packed and shipped through FedEX courier service from our production partner Provence Gems Manufacturing Unit China. Although these diamond necklaces are made to order, so that it usually takes 2-4 weeks to process and 7-9 days to deliver.
